No. Please call our office at 559.456-1400 if you would like pictures from a prior school year. Archive fees will be added to your order.

Orders received on picture day are returned to the school about 3 weeks after picture day.

Yes. The turn-around time depends on when your order is received. Please allow 3-5 weeks for your order to be processed.

Student ID cards are provided to the school for 7th and 8th Grade students. Student ID cards are available for purchase for all grade levels (PRE to 8th.)

- Avoid getting a haircut right before Picture Day, allow time for hair to grow out a little (just in case!)
- Keep jewelry minimal; avoid tops with text or graphics, as it draws attention away from the face

You can! For now the best way is to add the item(s) or package(s) to the cart for each of your students. Then use the notes section during checkout to let us know the names of all of your students and which order applies to which student.

No. Our photographers do not carry any cash.

No. Each package is designed for a single image. We do offer a “Build Your Own” option so you can select the items you need for each student.

It’s a traditional class photo composite that includes all students photographed, plus the teacher and principal. Your child’s photo is featured and is larger than the other composite images.

We want to be sure all students have a chance to be photographed, so Traditional Class photos and Star Class photos are returned to the school after makeup day. If your order included a class photo, there will be a highlighted note on the delivery envelope “sent separately after makeup day.” Class and Star Class photos are generally delivered to the school between November to January
