We are taking the Covid-19 situation very seriously to ensure the safety of the students, staff and community members as well as our photographers. Our equipment layout has been reconfigured, moving our photographers back to eight feet from the student posing seat. We have expanded on our traditional one-way traffic flow/footprint system to maintain a minimum spacing of six feet throughout the entire photography process. Our team members wear face shields, masks and gloves and we have a no-contact system to replace the handling of Camera Cards and Order Envelopes. For a completely no-touch experience, we provide a digital copy of the Picture Day Order Form to add to the school website and have implemented a complete Online order system.

PICTURE DAY SAFETY PROCEDURES:

Students must wear their mask until they are seated at the photo station.
Students will then be asked if they want to remove their mask for the picture.
The picture process usually takes less than 60 seconds.
If the student prefers, they may remain masked during the entire photo session.
Masks must be replaced before leaving the photo station.
